Can I Finance the Purchase of a Web Business?
 

It has been our experience over the years that most banks will not finance on web based businesses after the dot com crash. With this in mind if you are interested in a site please have your financing arranged in advance before making an offer.

We do get ask a lot if we will finance the websites we sell. The answer is
maybe, we have financed some of our sites. There are a lot of factors involved in determining if we offer financing on a particular site such as how much time and money we have invested into the site and the risk levels. If you are interested in a particular site we will be more than happy to discuss with you what possibilities we have available.

With any of our sites we do require at least a 30% down payment and many of our sites require more than that. It all depends on each individual buyer. We look at credit factors, industry knowledge, purchase price, and several other factors. We never finance sites for anyone without a good down payment and the ability for the buyer to repay.
